General Introduction of Powder Coated Steel Chain-Link Fence: Property, Application and Common Sizes.

We can supply plastic or vinyl coated chain link fence for export in Green, blue, beige and custom colors. The powder coated steel fence netting is supplied with posts, caps, top rails, tubular line posts and gates with the same treatment. PVC / Plastic /Vinyl coated Chain Link Fence is a kind of flexible woven wire mesh fence. It can be designed with chain link swing or slide gates, barbed wires, razor wire and other accessories to make a system fencing for specific uses.
Property of chain link fence with coating layer: Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, sunshine resistance and weather resistance.

Applications: Plastic or vinyl powder coated chain link fence is mainly used as fences for playground and gardens, super highway, railway, airport, port, residence, etc. Chain link fence is also used in breeding of animals.

PVC/ Plastic/ Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence System Developed for Specific Applications

APPLICATION 1, SECURITY FENCE: Chain link fence netting + barbed wire combination:

PVC coated chain link fencing fabric is made with galvanized steel chainlink mesh as base material then treated with plastic coating protection layer. Yudemei supplies Three Typical PVC Chain Link Security Fence System:

1. PVC chain link fence ( Opening 2"x2") ( Wire Diameter 2.76mm), galvanised pvc coated at 2 . 4 metre  height, at length of 1,000 Meters; topped with barbed wire at a total length of perimeter  11,000 Meter.
2. Chain Link 4 meter height at length 3000 Meters; topped with barbed wire at a total length of perimeter  3000 Meters.
3. Latest security fence system beige color PVC coated for our Saudi Arabian fence projects. This system is composed with 4 parts: chain link fence, fencing columns and barbed wire and arm angles. All the components pieces are galvanized and pvc coated into beige color.

Barbed Wire We supply for Security Grade Chain Link:
Three types of barbed wire toppings according to twisting methods:
1) single strand,2) double strand double twisted and 3) double strand common twisted barbed wire. PVC coated or galvanized finishes.

APPLICATION 2, HIGH SECURITY FENCING: Chain link fence mesh + razor wire concertina combined system

High security chain link fence is made with PVC coated chain link mesh, razor wire or concertina wire tapes to reinforce the security. Can be used for military uses.

Following is the technical details for 2.40 meter High Security Chain Link Fence System one of our recent fence projects in India Market. We welcome custom orders. 
The high security fencing is composed of 2.40m High Security Chain Link Fence and 7.0m Wide x 2.40m High Security Chain Link Gates in accordance with the following technical specifications.

Technical Specifications:

Chain Link Fence Materials – MS/ mild steel wire. 
Wire Diameter – 3mm (10 SWG Gauge). 
Opening – 55mm X 55mm Mesh.
Fence Width – 2.62 meter and length - 15 m per roll.
